This free initial consultation session is an opportunity to talk about your main concerns, ask questions, and explore what kind of support may be most helpful for you. Together, we can discuss possible therapeutic approaches and whether continued therapy or another form of support would best fit your needs.
Your first step
During this session we'll talk briefly about what brings you here, what you're hoping to get from therapy, and what approach might suit you best. I'll also answer any questions you have about the process, confidentiality, or anything else on your mind. If we both feel it's a good fit, we can arrange our first full session from there. Sessions are available in person or online, in English or Arabic.
